LIZ O’KANE

Liz was Ireland's first buyer's agent setting up her business in 2002 - sourcing, negotiating and purchasing property for a wide variety of clients from first time buyers, those living overseas, high net worth clients and investors.
Her media career includes television and newspaper columns as well as radio and television expert slots. Most recently Liz fronted a brand new property series called Help Me Buy a Home in the primetime Sunday night slot on Virgin Media One. Liz was co-presenter on RTÉ’S House Hunters with Dermot Bannon and presented RTÉ’S House Hunters in the Sun for seven seasons (Coco Television). She was the chosen property pundit for Ireland AM (TV3) and the property expert on The Afternoon Show (RTÉ 1) as well as writing weekly property column's for both The Irish Mail on Sunday and The Evening Herald newspapers. Most recently she’s been seen on Virgin Media’s Buyers Bootcamp alongside Darren Kennedy.
Liz is a seasoned MC and moderator having hosted and spoken at various events including The Ideal Homes Exhibition, The Holiday Show, The Active Retirement show and The Transition Year show, showing her ability to appeal to a wide audience. She also speaks about her work regularly within the corporate sector.
Liz is proud to say that she is talented at making people feel comfortable and relaxed during her moderation or interviewing processes - she’s fun to be around and understands the need for compassion when asking people about their lives and their own journeys in business or otherwise.
Liz continues to work in the property industry as the most active and successful buyer's agent in the country; a shrewd negotiator and licensed property consultant, she’s utterly passionate about what she does.
